For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
Missions:
1. Create and maintain the application documentation: requirements (System and Software level) and associated test cases.
2. Review and test against the Specification and establish test traceability.
3. Test the application including the creation of test plans and reports.
4. Analyze and describe issues/bugs in our issues Database JIRA.
5. Synchronize and update the Test Results Management tool.
6. Perform formal system tests (Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test).
7. Analyze defects/incidents to find the root cause of problems.
8. Ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineering teams as well as with customers.
Profile:
1. Ideally, 5 years of computing experience in the air traffic control domain or other areas with real-time and security requirements.
2. High analytical capacity, able to understand end-user needs and transcribe them into software requirements for the Development Team or into test cases.
3. Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively.
4. Rigorous, with a taste for challenge to work in a dynamic environment with good team spirit.
5. Fluent written and spoken English is required; German or French is an asset.
6. Professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment is preferable.
7. ED153/ED109 or ED12B/C standards are major advantages for this position.
8. Usage of tools like IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is appreciated.
9. Test automation experience is a plus.
10. ATSEP certification is a plus.

Test Automation Engineer / QA Engineer
Missions:
1. Work autonomously in an Agile team and in a continuous improvement spirit.
2. Collaborate with the systems end users and other teams to understand business needs and functional specifications.
3. Read and understand Functional System Requirements (FSRE) provided by the Business Analyst.
4. Write, review, and update the Equipment Requirements (ERE) in collaboration with the Product Owner using Polarion and perform the traceability to the Functional System Requirements (FSRE).
5. Create and maintain the test cases to provide full coverage of Equipment Requirements (ERE) using Polarion.
6. Configure and set up test platforms.
7. Write automatic test scripts for the test automation environment (Squish, Python).
8. Execute manual and automatic tests in the integrated validation environment as part of sprint work during the Build phase or as part of the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) during the acceptance phase and report test results.
9. Analyze and describe issues/bugs in the issues Database, and participate in their classification.
10. Clarify identified defects or related Equipment Requirements (ERE).
Profile:
1. At least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management Domain or a safety-critical domain.
2. Proven experience in writing system and software specifications and experience in system and software testing.
3. High analytical capacity, able to understand end-user needs and transcribe them to requirements for the Development Team.
4. Adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, and appreciates teamwork.
5. Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively.
6. High resistance to stress, and flexible.
7. Proven experience with test automation tools using Python (use of Squish, Jenkins experiences are major advantages for this position).
8. Experience with Polarion is a major advantage for this position.
9. Experience in JAVA development is a plus.
10. Experience in JAVA using JUNIT for test automation is a plus.
11. Fluent written and spoken English is required; French and German are a plus.
12. Knowledge of standards such as ED153/ED109A or ED12B/C are major advantages for this position.
13. Pro-active in a self-organized team.
