A digital marketing assistant and customer service representative is sought by a Swiss online currency exchange company with offices across Switzerland.
This role involves assisting a marketing manager in providing customer support to new and existing clients, handling digital marketing, onboarding clients, and identifying AML and KYC procedures. Customer support will be provided via phone, email, and social media accounts must be managed.
Native French speaking skills are required, with excellent English or Italian proficiency also necessary. Strong IT skills and in-depth knowledge of AI tools are essential, as is at least one year's experience in a marketing agency or digital customer support role.
