Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Expert

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Expert to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This role requires a strong technical background combined with ITIL-based process consultancy and agile methodologies to enhance our ServiceNow delivery capability. You will be responsible for tailoring ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring best practices and seamless integration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage platform governance and roadmap for platform features.
* Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
* Implement and support ITSM, Asset Management, GRC, and other platform processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc.).
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
* Provide technical expertise and best practices during implementation and integration efforts.
* Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
* Stay up-to-date with platform updates, managing the rollout of new features.
* Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and deliverables with implementation partners.
* Lead and manage ServiceNow family upgrades and continuous delivery processes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow vendors and implementation partners regarding governance and delivery.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Integrations, and GRC.
* ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), ITSM Implementation Specialist, HAM/SAM, and/or GRC.
* ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
* Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and OOB class structures.
* Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
* Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, SSO, REST/SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
