Job Description: Within the Crew Interface Management, you will be responsible for streamlining crew requests, supporting system improvements, and ensuring effective communication between crew members and planning teams. Your role will help enhance operational efficiency and crew satisfaction.
Filter, prioritize, and expedite urgent crew requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage crew communication systems and collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication flows and minimize response times.
Support system improvement initiatives automating responses to recurring requests and streamlining mailbox management.
Propose and refine planning guidelines to incorporate crew roster feedback for enhanced scheduling efficiency.
Respond to frequently asked crew inquiries related to contractual matters and operational guidelines.
Continuously assess and optimize crew interaction processes including crew feedback collection to improve efficiency and crew satisfaction.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience in customer support, crew planning, or a similar role is a plus.
Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
