This position is replacing the Senior HR Manager Swiss Operations during maternity leave and is responsible for all HR Services for Swiss Operations and for leading HR projects of the Swiss Facilities.
TASKS
Manage, provide and supervise professional HR services for Swiss Operations.
Lead, coach and support Swiss HR Team, supervise performance and conduct performance reviews in collaboration with Head HR department, take actions for further development of team members.
Provide support to line Managers in all aspects of employee lifecycle (recruiting, performance management and development, labor law and social security, separation of staff and conflict resolutions, etc.) and consult employees in all HR-related questions.
Assure a correct and updated HR administration (contractual agreements, training records, work certificates, etc.) as well as absences and time management.
Assure a correct handling of Swiss social insurances and monthly and annual payroll preparations in collaboration with the Payroll and Benefits team, including timely reporting of HR KPI for Management.
Assure compliance with legal, financial requirements, and quality standards. Collaborate with external authorities and consultants (i.e. Federal Office of Migration, embassies, insurance and legal consultants, auditors, etc.). Provide support for SOX audits, Quality Audits.
Responsible for an excellent employee onboarding program. Prepare annual employee talent development programs (leadership trainings, English lessons, etc.) as well as various employee social events (winter party, summer party, time out, etc.).
Lead the annual performance review and merit increase process for Swiss departments in collaboration with supervisors, may conduct salary benchmarking and benefits marking.
Re-launch the Swiss apprenticeship program, finalize the company training plan, and organize internal recruiting and training of trainers in collaboration with departmental heads. Prepare onboarding of apprentices and interns.
Lead Swiss HR projects and participate in international HR projects and initiatives.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education: Federal degree as HR Specialist, or equivalent.
Leadership trainings required.
Special Knowledge: German or French mother tongue, very good in another language as well as very good English skills.
Excellent IT skills (especially in Excel, HRM tools i.e. ABACUS).
Very good know-how in labor law and social security is a must.
Trustworthy, reliable, very well-structured, and organized.
Experience with QA System is a must.
Analytical.
Proactive and service-oriented.
Stress-resistant.
Professional Experience: Min. 2 years of experience in HR Manager role and min. 1 year of team leading.
Experience in Project Management.
Experience in Manufacturing Environment and international environment preferable.
