This role supports the Chief Monitoring Manager (CMM) in ensuring high-standard compliance function administration and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keep Compliance Monitoring Department documentation up-to-date and relevant.
2. Assist CMM in planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing audit procedures and the Annual Audit Plan.
3. Conduct assigned audits in accordance with the Audit Plan.
4. Support CMM in maintaining consistency and efficiency of the audit process.
5. Advise management on required corrective actions.
6. Ensure regulatory changes are incorporated into the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
7. Distribute compliance-related information to management and non-management personnel as needed.
8. Distribute the IOSA Standards Manual (ISM) and its Temporary Revisions to all NP/Managers annually.
9. Assist CMM in communicating with the TM CAD regarding the Compliance Monitoring Program and regulatory standards.
10. Serve as liaison with external parties, such as customers or auditors, upon instruction from CMM.
11. Maintain auditor training records and monitor staff training requirements.
12. Coordinate the SAFA database and ensure compliance-related information is properly administered in Coruson software.
13. Additional duties may be assigned by the Accountable Manager as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. At least one year of experience as a compliance auditor (Air Ops).
2. Formal training in SMS, including Risk Management.
3. Relevant training in compliance monitoring systems and auditing techniques.
4. Proficiency in English; advanced Spanish is highly valued.
5. Verifiable knowledge of EASA AIR OPS, national safety regulations, and associated requirements.
6. Qualified Air Ops Auditor.
7. IOSA Auditor certification is an advantage.
8. In-depth understanding of the Management System Manual and Operations Manual.
9. A thorough comprehension of the compliance monitoring concept.
