About our program:
As an Internship Program participant at Batmaid, you''ll be directly involved in day to day operations, working with professionals and gaining first hand experience of our business.
Our Operations Teams have a breadth of responsibilities focussed on coordinating the services of a localized group of cleaners and the customers that they serve. Whilst the day to day focus is highly varied, a week supporting Operations Teams breaks down into the following activities.
Customer Colleague Success (60%)
* Answering customer colleague requests on scheduling, duration and execution of cleanings
* Solving problems relating to replacing absent colleagues with available cleaners.
* Contacting existing customers to prepare their first cleaning or to gather feedback on services
Administration (20%)
* Supporting the update of customer payment methods
* Following up with customers for unpaid services
* Helping customers schedule their holidays in our online system
Human Resources (10%)
1. Assisting colleagues with gathering information in periods of absence
2. Helping to ensure all colleagues documentation and information is up to date
3. Assisting in answering basic questions regarding hours and payroll
