Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
We are competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026, with a new team spanning two locations: the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany and the Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland.
The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. As we transition into a factory team, you have the opportunity to be part of this unique project.
Your Mission:
1. Suspension Expertise: You will oversee all vehicle components in the suspension area, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
2. Department Leadership: Act as deputy for the team leader, guiding the suspension department towards excellence.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Manage maintenance and modifications of vehicle parts before and during the season, guaranteeing seamless execution.
4. Parts Management: Maintain oversight of parts management, including the introduction of new components, to ensure optimal efficiency.
5. Workplace Organization: Ensure cleanliness and order in the workspace, including tools and equipment, maintaining a professional environment at all times.
Your Profile:
1. Apprenticeship or Equivalent: Completed apprenticeship in a relevant field, such as model making or boat building.
2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in motorsport, focusing on suspension or comparable fields.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and disciplined work approach.
5. Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of German and English.
