We are a growing quantitative trading firm with offices based in Zug and Zürich.
We are seeking a motivated HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, playing a key role in supporting our HR operations.
Role Overview:
The HR Manager (starting at 60%) will be responsible for providing HR support across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role is expected to gradually increase to 80% or even full-time (100%). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding process by preparing contracts, organizing induction programs, and ensuring a smooth start for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, amendments, and reference letters.
Coordinate time tracking and leave management.
Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
This position is open exclusively to individuals holding a European passport and a valid B or C residence permit in Switzerland. Additionally, we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately.
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration.
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Sympa).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
