Job Description
Position Overview:
* Full-time position with flexibility to work remotely
* 40 hours per week with up to 80% travel within Switzerland
* 6-month standard probationary period
* Base location: Lausanne area
* Company office: Dübendorf (Zürich area)
Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer based in the Lausanne area, you will:
* Lead and execute installations and validations of cutting-edge Sievers analyzers
* Conduct precise maintenance and calibration at customer sites
* Perform timely repairs and on-call duty for urgent requests
* Manage technical documentation and customer relations
* Provide expert technical support
* Train and mentor new team members
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
* Valid Swiss work permit
* Engineering, chemistry, or laboratory background
* Fluency in English and French
* Valid driving license (B)
* TOC analyzer experience
* Laboratory equipment troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* German language skills
* Leadership experience
* Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
* Salesforce proficiency
* GMP knowledge
* Residence in/around Lausanne area
