Technical Service Technician: Responsible for monitoring preventive maintenance and the techniques and equipment of the building. Ensure the proper functioning of all by performing preventive maintenance. Ensure that equipment maintenance is carried out according to the current standards, directives, and maintenance plans (internal or external interventions). Monitor and control maintenance contracted to third-party services.
