Who are we? Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a leading cell site lease aggregator. TIP has two key shareholders: Digital Bridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, that combined have more than CHF 260 bn in assets under management. TIP’s headquarter is based in London and operates on 3 continents, distributed over 16 countries, and we currently employ app. 250 persons worldwide. TIP has now expanded to Switzerland, where we will continue to invest in telecommunications infrastructure rental contracts directly from property owners. We are now looking to expand our team in Switzerland to drive TIP's continued success.

Your profile
You must be able to work independently and be motivated in driving your own business, which is both on the phone as on the road, identifying, prospecting and meeting potential clients.
You will be responsible for identifying and contacting property owners with cell site equipment on their property. This requires you to be able to communicate with CFOs, farmers, and everything in between.
To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have several years of experience of identifying and meeting customers face-to-face.
TIP operates in a very specialized industry, and we therefore educate and train internally, so we will make sure you will obtain the knowledge necessary to succeed! Working at TIP will make you an expert in telecommunication, leases and negotiating, and you will be able to independently advise clients on risk and investments within the area of lease aggregation.
Qualifications and experience:
Distinctive “Hunter” mentality
Entrepreneurial spirit
A minimum 3 years of experience in sales and negotiating face-to-face with clients/customers either B2C or B2B
Experience from the real estate, insurance or telecommunication industry is an advantage
Good communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM
Knowledge or experience in investment or advising clients on investments is an advantage not a requirement
Fluent in either German, French and/or Italian
Residence anywhere in Switzerland
