We are looking for an innovative experienced solution & strategy leader with a track record for driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will be responsible for guiding the future of Life Sciences Cloud.
The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning exec stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. This leader is accountable to ACV and pipeline growth for the products, working in strong collaboration with sales, sales enablement, alliances, marketing and products organizations. The individual is expected to work with senior level customer stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Roadmap
o Understand the vision, roadmap and strategy for the Life Sciences and evangelize it with our customers, partners and employees.
o Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to shape the define product roadmap.
o Synthesize the needs across Industries to build common components that can act as multiplier across different Industries.
2. Go to Market
o Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with: marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support and product teams.
o Develop and curate sales enablement assets including presentations, videos, demos, solution maps, white papers, data sheets, etc.
o Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV.
o Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.
o Deliver thought leadership for industry products.
3. Customer engagement
o Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
o Present product and roadmap to customer executives in our world-class executive briefing center.
o Drive customer advisory boards.
o Drive customer executive engagements.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years recent experience in Life Sciences commercial and/or medical domains.
* Experience evaluating, managing, or consulting on life sciences engagement software (i.e. Life Sciences CRM).
Experience:
* Equivalent of 8+ years of product management, strategy, or solutions.
* Experience working with teams internationally.
* Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments.
* Travel - approximately 50%.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and presenting on stage.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Humility and grace under pressure.
