Main Responsibilities:
* Administrative Management
o Supervise contracts, absence management, legal compliance, payroll management, insurance portfolio management, and HR KPI monitoring.
* HR Project Management
o Implement and/or monitor HR projects such as updating regulations, appraisal interviews, job descriptions, onboarding and offboarding processes, employer brand improvement, etc. Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality, and stay up-to-date with developments and best practices in HR management to provide innovative solutions tailored to the company's needs.
* Recruitment & Integration
o Determine staffing needs, manage recruitment, reinforce the employer brand, and integrate new employees.
* Performance & Talent Management
o Evaluate employee performance, coach managers, identify talent, and develop succession plans.
* Training & Development
o Create training plans to support employees' professional growth and development.
Required Skills and Experience:
* A federal diploma in human resources or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the industrial sector.
* Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment law and social insurance schemes.
* Mastery of IT tools such as ERP, Office, HRIS tools, payroll software, etc.
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), with other languages being an asset.
* Leadership, stress management, and adaptability skills.
* Able to listen and make decisions effectively.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change.
* High degree of autonomy and initiative.
* Strong communication and conflict management skills.
