The Sales Operations team is responsible for streamlining and optimizing the sales process and managing the CRM. As a central support function, Sales Operations assists the management team in analyzing sales data, creating data-driven reports, supporting strategic decisions, and contributing to increasing efficiency. Sales Operations works closely with various departments and ensures continuous training and support for the sales team. The goal is to maximize sales team performance and help achieve the company's sales targets. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Supporting the Sales team with public tenders, proposals, and bid wrap-ups
* Ensuring smooth and compliant end-to-end sales processes
* Managing and optimizing CRM (HubSpot) and maintaining data quality
* Creating and updating sales templates and client reference cases
* Leading the annual customer satisfaction survey and supporting budgeting
* Training the Sales team on tools, processes, and HubSpot
* Monitoring procurement platforms (SIMAP) and handling ESG questionnaires
* Delivering insights on pipeline performance and win/loss analysis
What we're looking for
* Completed commercial education (KV) or a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
* Meticulous attention to detail, high quality awareness, and a strong sense of ownership
* Proactive team player with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Fluency in German and English, French a plus
* Experience in sales ops/support and IT services an advantage
