The International Organisation of your customer, located in Basel, is looking for a Senior Project Leader in Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) with a focus on Menopause Management. This role is key in ensuring the successful pricing and reimbursement of our innovative treatments worldwide.
About the Role
As part of the Global Market Access team, you will lead cutting-edge projects that influence how healthcare providers and payors perceive the value of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a scientifically rigorous HEOR program that aligns with both our commercial strategies and the needs of key countries across all regions.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in driving market access success by embedding payor perspectives at every stage of product development, from clinical trials to commercialization. You’ll ensure that our products meet the needs of patients, physicians, and payors, and help optimize reimbursement and market access strategies in key global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation and execution of a global HEOR strategy for menopause management, ensuring alignment with commercial and market access objectives.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop evidence-based value propositions that support pricing and reimbursement strategies.
* Drive the generation of payer evidence strategies, including clinical trial designs, real-world studies, economic models, and patient-reported outcomes.
* Coordinate global health technology assessment (HTA) submissions to secure reimbursement.
* Provide strategic recommendations to ensure our products are differentiated in the market.
* Manage relationships with internal teams and represent our customer in external forums and meetings.
Who You Are:
* Master’s degree in health economics, public health, or related fields (PhD preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in HEOR or Market Access within a pharmaceutical company, with a focus on global markets.
* Expertise in clinical research, drug development, and health technology assessments (HTA).
* Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in navigating cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
