Events Management - Vice President
We are seeking a Senior Event Planner to join our EMEA team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive events strategy across the region. Our team is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our clients, and we need someone who can bring creative ideas and strategic execution to the table.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop an event strategy that supports business goals
* Create and execute high-touch events consistent with Morgan Private Bank brand standards
* Build strong knowledge of the EMEA region, including key cities, venues, and local trends
* Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and vendor coordination
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior management and product partners
* Ensure data management throughout the event planning process, including post-event tracking and ROI analysis
Requirements
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong proficiency in Microsoft products and event management platforms
* Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and offer creative solutions
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Foreign languages preferred: Spanish, French, Italian, or German
* Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work long hours and travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
* 10+ years prior experience in event management related activities
