Job Description:
The Culture Marketing Team is responsible for the implementation of innovative live marketing projects with a focus on music and urban dance, and takes on the project management for all events and culture marketing projects in Switzerland.
For our team, we are looking for a dynamic personality as a Live Marketing Manager starting on July 1, 2025, or by agreement. You are well-versed and well-connected in the Swiss music/entertainment scene and have a strong interest in culture, music and trends. Within the team, you represent the culture area exemplary and inspire the department with your innovative ideas with a strong expertise in music and dance.
Responsibilities
Areas that play to your strengths
1. You take on the project management of your own events and partner events with focus music & dance – from conception to operational implementation: you plan, organize, and coordinate these independently and are in constant contact with various internal and external stakeholders. You are up-to-date with current trends and possess the creativity as well as drive to create new experiences in the live marketing field and beyond. Additionally, you develop a strong portfolio of artists and opinion leaders with whom you collaborate on various projects within the world of RedBull.
2. Within this role, you have a co-responsibility for the annual business plan (strategy, recording, implementation). Your goal is to further develop the strategic direction in the area of Culture Marketing, including analysis of the national cultural environment and development of new projects. Furthermore, as a project manager, you take overall responsibility for existing and future partnerships and succeed in optimally positioning our brand in the spotlight. You actively maintain your already well-established network and gradually expand it.
3. You are accustomed to handling budgets and ensure that resources are optimally utilized. Creating contracts, analyses, reports, as well as handling sponsorship inquiries are also part of your tasks. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that relevant rights (music, artists, locations) are clarified so that content can be sufficiently used across RedBull's own channels. You support your team with additional administrative tasks in the planning and execution of further culture marketing activities in other disciplines.
4. You hold a degree (university/university of applied sciences) in marketing, communication, business administration, or an equivalent qualification in event/cultural management and have at least four years of practical experience in live marketing/project management.
5. You have a strong experience in the music industry/cultural environment and a good network.
6. You have a very clear understanding of the Swiss entertainment and music industry. Additionally, you are well connected to youth culture and its scenes in Switzerland.
7. You have strong organizational and coordination skills, enjoy working in a project team, and are accustomed to collaborating with agencies.
8. Your native language is either German or French, and you have perfect command of English.
9. Travel 20-30%.
