Main Responsibilities:
* Pilot Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes, monitor performance indicators (PI), and key performance indicators (KPI) with a balanced quality-delivery-cost perspective.
* Lead Quality Circles, analyzing and organizing technical expertise on products and manufacturing processes.
* Resolve non-conformities via root-cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, and 6M methodologies.
* Foster solutions with a cost-risk-benefit balanced mindset.
* Cross-functionally coordinate and hand-over non-conformity issues to related departments.
* Prioritize actions to satisfy clients and secure deliveries.
* Implement and request implementation of corrective actions with corresponding evidence.
* Elevate complex or blocking issues for resolution.
* Follow-up on non-conformity treatment and drive closure.
* Present resolution during closing sessions.
* Support development and engineering change projects to anticipate issues.
* Participate in phase reviews and lead continual improvement projects.
Required Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Mechanics, Microtechnics, Electrotechnics, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent.
* Deep knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and surface treatments.
* Certified internal auditor is a plus.
* 15+ years of experience in R&D, Quality, or/and Production Engineering.
* Experience in clients/supplier audits is an asset.
* Fluent in English and French, German is a plus.
* Complex problem-solving experience.
* Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.
* Hands-on problem-solving attitude with cross-departmental approach.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
