Technical Project Support
The Technical Project Support will provide assistance to the Project Managers with project planning and material procurement. This role is responsible for communicating progress updates and identifying any deviations from the established schedule.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure the overall objectives of the project are met by promoting high safety standards and maintaining quality operations.
* Monitor and report any discrepancies in material schedules or manpower needs that could impact project margins and delivery timelines.
* Contribute to the development of project processes and procedures to achieve first-time accuracy and customer satisfaction.
* Read and interpret contracts, implementing necessary controls with the assistance of the project management and commercial teams as needed.
* Interpret technical requirements for procuring materials and tools, providing support in addressing technical reports related to the project.
* Ensure compliance with all Company Policies.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of providing technical assistance for projects in both onshore and offshore settings.
* A highly motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to customer service and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
* Solid commercial and technical understanding.
* Proficient knowledge of electrical generators and motors.
