Job Description:
A career in our Non Financial Services Audit practice, within External Audit services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large entities. Our clients are often well known brands and many have broad international reach. We focus on using the latest technology to reduce the level of manual testing ensuring you’ll focus on the most valuable areas of client service and on enhancing corporate governance and the reliability of our clients’ information.
Our team helps organisations navigate regulatory complexity while strengthening trust and transparency in their business. While many of the rules of business have changed, the fundamentals haven’t. You’ll work alongside senior members of the client’s management team in planning the audit process from beginning to end, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of our client’s information.
Responsibilities:
1. Support clients with their sustainability reporting strategy incl. gap assessment, pre-assurance and assurance according to various local and international standards.
2. Review non-financial sustainability reporting incl. content for mandatory ESG disclosures, including country-specific reports.
3. Coordinate and work collaboratively with SME teams on various subject matters incl. environment, due diligence …
4. Review internal control system and provide recommendations for improvements.
5. Participate in and lead assurance engagements incl. developing and implementing testing strategy, preparing reports.
6. Gain in-depth knowledge of a broad range of clients and industries.
7. Join an active, diversified team in a rapidly developing sector.
8. Knowledge and experience working with sustainability reporting standards and regulations, such as SDGs, GHG protocol, GRI, CSRD/ESRS, DDTrO.
9. High motivation and passion for sustainability, climate change topics, and related regulations.
10. At least 3 years of experience, preferably in various fields related to audit and/or climate risk management and due diligence assessment.
11. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
12. Excellent analytical and summarizing skills.
13. Ability to solve problems independently.
