Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital pharmacy directors, and other key decision-makers within assigned hospitals.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets for your territory through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
* Provide in-depth product training and education to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal understanding and utilization of our products.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position products and services.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet the specific needs of hospital staff and decision-makers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of key initiatives.

Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field.
* At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably within dermatology.
* Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
* Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Fluent in both English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
