Service Delivery Manager Position

Your Key Responsibilities
* You will interface regularly with external teams, including customers' commercial and technical teams, as well as connectivity suppliers.
* You will serve as a single point of contact responsible for implementing Comfone services and managing change requests.
* You will lead implementations of Comfone services and discuss implementation details with customers.
Your Profile
* You will have a high level of commitment and strong customer focus.
* You will have experience in Telecom (Mobile Network Operator or International Carrier) with a few years of experience.
* You will possess a proactive approach and strong project management skills.
* Knowledge about IPX Part (SS7, Diameter and IP routing) and Data Clearing processes, Financial Clearing processes and roaming is a plus.
* You will be fluent in spoken and written English, and extra languages are a plus.
* You are willing to work in Bern, Switzerland.
* The position is open to Swiss and EU nationals, and to holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
