In few words
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst, with asset management experience, for a client in the banking sector, based in Geneva.
Activities
1. Functional and technical support of agile IT projects in the alternative investment environment throughout the entire life cycle
2. Specifying requirements as a business analyst using requirements engineering & modelling techniques, business cases
3. Developing solutions with internal and external stakeholders
4. Actively contribute to internal topics and implement your own ideas – thereby driving your own professional, methodological, and personal development and that of your environment
Your profile
1. Relevant practical experience in Alternative Investment as business analyst, business engineer or requirements engineer
2. Advanced capabilities in SQL and XLS (DBT and Python are a plus)
3. Collaborative mindset – Have proven experience where his/her capacity to foster collaboration has made a strong difference
4. Relevant practical experience working with agile framework
5. Experience of SaaS business solution integration is a plus, in particular in Alternative Investment
6. Rigorous and analytical mindset
7. Passion for continuous improvements. Not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
8. An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
9. Excellent attention to details
10. Very good communicator
11. Resistance to pressure and changing environment
Job conditions
1. Location: Geneva
2. Starting date: July
Your recruitment
1. Your first interview with one of our recruiters will be over the phone. The recruiter’s role is to understand your path and listen to your personal and professional aspirations.
2. Once you have been in contact with our teams, we will organise a technical evaluation of your expertise with one of our staff members.
3. An in-person interview with a Business Manager will then be organised to introduce you to the assignment or project we think would suit you best.
4. Finally, after any doubts are cleared up during the previous steps, the recruitment process ends with a hiring proposal.
