YOUR ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a client database through targeted outreach and incoming inquiries. You will guide clients throughout their group charter booking process, providing exceptional customer service from initial reservation requests to the final flight.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
You will establish strong relationships with clients, respond to their queries, source aircraft, negotiate with providers, and coordinate flight arrangements. Staying informed and keeping clients updated on every aspect of their booking is crucial.
AIRBORNE AND ON-GROUND RESPONSIBILITIES
You may accompany groups on certain flights, greet passengers at the terminal, and oversee procedures at the airport desks. Planning and organization are key to ensuring seamless operations.
PLACE OF WORK
We operate from offices in Lausanne, London, Paris, or Zurich. However, you may need to travel for industry events or group charter flights you have organized.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this position, you should possess 18 months of experience in the group charter industry (broker, operator/airline sales) and hold a C2/C1 level English proficiency.
