Job Description:
The Business Development Manager role involves promoting and up-selling the company's services to corporate clients, while also representing the company at conferences and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business relationships within a defined territory assigned by the European Business Development Director;
2. Implement action plans to maximize penetration of target accounts by acquiring new clients;
3. Nurture sales opportunities through industry and business forums to promote the company and its services;
4. Analyse selling situations and create client-focused solutions;
5. Foster long-term relationships with target accounts based on a consultative sales approach;
6. Collaborate with other divisions to ensure operational requirements are understood and maintained;
7. Anticipate, plan, and manage sales processes for client acquisition, and participate in marketing activities allocation and execution.
Requirements:
1. A proven track record of successful sales and business development;
2. Strong understanding of the relocation industry or experience in a related market;
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
4. Fluent English and German language skills essential.
