With a true entrepreneur mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of Agap2 Switzerland’s Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.
Tasks Your responsibilities will be:
Management of the entire business life cycle management
• Clients sourcing
• Sales strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
• Contracts negotiation
Management of the talent acquisition process
• Candidates sourcing
• Recruitment strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degree
• Candidates closing
• Signature of full-time contracts
Management of a team of consultants
• Career plans management
• People management
• Business unit management
Requirements Native German speaker and proficiency in Swiss German
Fluent in English
MSc in Management, Economics, or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
6 months to 3 years professional experience, including internships and apprenticeship
Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship, and Engineering
Strong communication skills and a high level of energy
EU or Swiss nationality, or valid working Swiss permit
