Marketing Manager Global Women's Health
We are looking for a talent to join the EH Growth Team based in Zug, Switzerland (preferred) or London, UK, as Marketing Manager Women’s Health. The Marketing Manager delivers global toolkits and guidance based on the global strategy for Women’s Health and delivers the next 3-year Innovation Pipeline to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Women’s Health global brand development team with a strong outside in focus. The Marketing Manager works with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, Design, and marketing to develop growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive analysis and insights.
This position reports into the Global Marketing Director Women’s Health.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
Brand Building: 50%
1. Delivers global brand toolkits that meet and advance the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
2. Delivers winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with the design markets/regions to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.
3. Develops and ensures the implementation of consistent and aligned global comms, content and playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) in line with Science of Brand Growth (SOBG) principles and brand guidelines.
4. Delivers end-to-end for the Design Markets and rolls out to rest of world through regional deployment teams.
5. Develops and advances the brand equity & brand guidelines while protecting coherent Distinctive Brand Assets (DBAs) that are consumer meaningful and recognizable across the globe.
Innovation and portfolio excellence 30%
1. Delivers a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline globally that meets and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
2. Delivers the global brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs for the core design markets/regions.
3. Delivers winning innovation launch plans through strong collaboration with the design markets based on consumer needs.
4. Develops and ensures the implementation of consistent and aligned global innovations together with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles.
5. Delivers through the design markets and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.
Leadership foundations: 10%
1. Ensures strong collaboration & participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence.
2. Works closely with the local design market teams to understand consumer insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver the best long-term plans for the brand.
3. Always puts consumer first to unleash the best insights to drive brand performance.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
Required Years of Related Experience:
1. 6+ years of Progressive experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations.
2. Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.
3. Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams.
4. Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US. Strong track record of success working with local markets (specifically Germany, India, Brazil).
5. Experience in developing brand equities and brand guidelines is a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Experience in working with global E2E cross functional teams.
2. Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions + experience working with and managing global teams.
3. Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth.
4. Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across various levels who are not direct reports.
5. Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.
