Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent (m/w/f)
In the role as Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent (m/f/d), you will work within the Global Planning department, ensuring the timely delivery of essential healthcare products to individuals around the world. Within this department, the Finished Goods Drop-Shipment Process team is responsible for providing drop-shipment services globally.

Your Tasks:
* Maintain material and vendor-specific master data in purchase info records and order books as directed by Supply Relationship Management (SRM) managers in Rotkreuz and other global locations.
* Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for third-party vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met to facilitate smooth integration into the OEM dropshipment process.
* Responsible for a client's info record/order book maintenance, material master workflows (procurement view), and price deviation workflows.
* Process international Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) purchasing orders and create order confirmations, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
* Maintain and monitor purchase orders, including delivery acknowledgements, quantity and time changes, and follow up on delayed orders to ensure smooth operations.
* Create transportation service orders including processing and approving of the respective invoicing workflows.
* Initiate returns as specified by the final goods recipient or Intercompany Supply Chain. Manage and monitor the return process efficiently.
* Process invoice verification workflow items in consultation with the SRM Manager.
* Generate virtual goods receipt and goods issue after receiving the shipping notification manually, ensuring accurate inventory management.
* Support operative drop shipment processes for specific OEM materials at RDG, including a client's project purchase order processing and performing this client's ad hoc reporting, ensuring operational excellence.
Your Profile:
* Commercial degree or logistics background with a higher education in commerce.
* Min. 5 years of experience in cross-trade business with import/export, purchasing, and/or logistics.
* In-depth knowledge of both SAP and MS Office.
* Experience in working and networking with stakeholders.
* Responsible and independent worker.
* Enthusiastic team player with very good communication skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Flexible and open to new methods and ideas.
* Experience in Google Suite.
