For one of our clients in the financial services sector based in Geneva, we are looking for a temporary full-time position.
On a daily basis:
* Help with all administration and accounting tasks.
* Bank account updating weekly and monthly.
* Payments processing.
On a bi-weekly basis:
* Payments preparation.
* Payments booking.
* Payment summary update.
On a monthly basis:
* Bank statement booking.
* Entities: booking and invoices validation, update the budget.
Expected profile:
* Good knowledge of accounting rules in Switzerland and France; basic knowledge of accounting rules in the USA.
* Twenty years' experience in an accounting position.
* Excellent business presence.
* Fluency in French, English, and Spanish.
* Relevant education needed to perform the Executive Assistant duties.
