Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in product development and industrialization to lead market-driven projects, primarily in the B2B sector. This role requires close collaboration with end customers, mainly governmental institutions, and coordination across multiple internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
2. Cross-Functional Team Coordination
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, and supervise and integrate external teams into project workflows.
• Align resources effectively to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Remote Project Management
• Utilize project management tools and best practices to optimize remote collaboration.
• Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings regularly.
4. Project Planning & Risk Management
• Develop detailed project plans and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular status reports for clients and internal leadership teams.
5. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
• Contribute to process improvements in project management methodologies.
• Share best practices for remote collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Strong background in product development and industrialization, with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to market.
2. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a highly technical environment.
3. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
4. Ability to manage projects in a remote and international setting.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
