Join our TeamAbout this opportunityAs Country Manager and KAM for Switzerland, the successful candidate will represent the company internally and externally and will be responsible for the legal management of Ericsson Switzerland. Operating in an international matrix organization, this role requires close collaboration with the committees, holding all mandatory meetings with the respective stakeholders, and ensuring legal governance. The role will also be responsible for conducting regular reviews and steering to ensure compliance within the organization. The new Country Manager and KAM Switzerland will provide necessary guidance. Ericsson Switzerland currently has approx. 170 employees with 30 nationalities and a stable business, along with a broad range of opportunities for growth in Operations and in the Mission Critical Networks area.What you will doIn addition to the responsibility as Country Manager, you will also assume the role of Key Account Manager (KAM) Switzerland, including key customers like Swisscom, Sunrise, and SBB. Establishing strong collaboration and driving customer happiness is key to success. With a deep understanding of customer business, long-term objectives, and potential growth areas, you will act with full authority to develop business relationships. Clear communication on Ericsson's portfolio, innovation, and excellence linked to our key customers will positively enhance relationships. The ideal candidate will act with authority and accountability to develop the business and actively contribute to the successful execution of the customer’s agenda.
