You'll be involved early in product definition, breaking down scope into epics and user stories. By leading the delivery lifecycle, you turn developer strengths into efficiency. You understand the 'what' and 'why' (led by PM) and own the 'how' (with engineering) and the 'when.'Spotting dependencies and blockers early is key, with a strong focus on removing them quickly. Agile principles guide the process, but flexibility and iteration with the team are what truly drive results. A calm leader who can turn uncertainty into a clear plan is essential. The team's success matters most. You give credit for wins and take responsibility when things don’t go as planned. You're humble and ready to get your hands dirty. Like Alfred Pennyworth or Samwise Gamgee, you tackle tough, unglamorous work with loyalty and perseverance. For this role we need the person to be based and work along CET timezone working hours (or maximum +/- 2 hours deviation).
