Job Title: Perfume E-Business – Europe & Africa

We are seeking a talented individual to strengthen our Europe & Africa E-Business team based in Neuchætel. The selected candidate will report to the E-Business Europe & Africa Manager and work closely with her to coordinate digital marketing & commercial efforts.
Accountabilities
Strategy, Negotiations Support & Tools
The successful candidate will actively contribute to the e-business strategy definition for the region, managing and developing tools for deploying this strategy (Masterfile, guidelines, toolbox) and supporting the Area Sales Managers in successfully driving the negotiations with retailers.
You will contribute to the creation of the master trade plan for online retailers and ensure brand compliance and efficient e-merchandising through frequent e-stores visits. You will suggest, develop and implement digital projects to elevate the online brand image and Customer Experience.
Marketing & Content Management
You will contribute to the definition and implementation of the e-Go-To-Market strategy for the area, while being in full compliance with the long-term vision and strategy of the Perfume Business Unit ensuring execution excellence.
You will define and implement e-trade plans in full coordination with Area Sales Managers and marketing teams, pushing boundaries to further elevate client experience and conversion.
You will manage the adaptation and execution of online content, set guidelines, and follow up with the Area Sales Managers and partners. You will support the diffusion of our brand content across all partners and work on technological improvements to streamline the process.
Additionally, you will optimize the product portfolio offering and online presentation.

* You will focus on investments to drive conversion and fully comply with brand elevation
* You will lead marketing activations and drive the implementation of digital campaigns
* You will make sure e-retailers network is fully compliant with our Image
Reporting & Innovation
You will manage a monthly business review and monitor both indirect and direct business digital KPIs. You will track and measure program effectiveness, making recommendations and taking corrective measures as necessary, as well as identify best cases. In a spirit of continuous improvement, you will scout the latest technologies and innovations to identify solutions that Bvlgari could implement to enrich the User Experience.
You will share best practices, experiences and e-retail knowledge with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coherence, economies of scale, and the re-application of best practices among e-retailers.
Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business and have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. A business mindset, strong appeal for digital, innovation and customer experience are essential. The selected candidate should be dynamic and proactive, organized and timely, with excellent analytical skills and action-oriented approach. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit are also required.
The candidate should master MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and have an excellent English level.
