Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and maintain regional business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution.
* The successful candidate will lead a team, coach, develop, and engage them to achieve relevant targets.
* They will be responsible for the implementation and execution of strategies, projects, and methods to drive business growth.
* A high level of customer relationship management, customer service, and support is expected.
* The ideal candidate will serve as the representative for and positive promoter of the Hologic brand.
* Establishing and maintaining Key Opinion Leader relationships is also a key responsibility.
* Driving sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and Goals & Objectives is crucial.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
* A strong background in Sales Management within a MedTech / Diagnostics company.
* Experience in leading teams, collaborating, coaching, and facilitating continuous improvement.
* A proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.
* The ability to excel in a results-oriented environment with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
* Understanding of the local healthcare system and experience in driving change management initiatives.
* SUCCESSFUL Maintenance of existing customer contracts and establishment of new business opportunities that increase market share and growth.
