Technical Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Spreitenbach, Switzerland, collaborating with our EMEA distributor network.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer and partner engagement, centered on our state-of-the-art motion control, servo drives, and automation products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with distributors to visit customers, build strong relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.
* Provide expert technical support on motion control, servo drives, and automation systems, troubleshooting and guiding seamless product integration.
* Engage in technical discussions with customers, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions.
* Empower distributors with training, technical knowledge, and tools to drive market success.
* Gather market insights and share them with internal teams to inform strategies and product offerings.
* Travel across EMEA to discuss project risks and technical details with partners and customers.
* Foster lasting relationships while coordinating with internal teams to deliver for distributors and customers.
Requirements:
* An engineer with experience in sales or partner/channel management in industrial automation, motion control, or servo drives.
* A background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering, with practical know-how in technical applications.
* Able to travel 40%+ and work independently with minimal oversight.
* A sharp problem-solver excelling in technical and commercial conversations.
* Fluent in English; German and French are also valuable assets.
