The role:
We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager who would join a team of open-minded and personable people, who take action every day, to nurture a favorable and thriving environment. You will be the one to generate new sales using existing and new customer networks and forging strong client relationships while being the lead point of contact for multiple customer account management matters in order to further develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
You will:
* Drive new business opportunities, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients
* Leverage automation tools (Sales Navigator, outreach automation, CRM tools) to generate and nurture leads efficiently
* Manage 3–5 key accounts, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities, but focusing primarily on new client acquisition
* Develop a structured sales approach, defining a clear outreach strategy, sales cadence, and follow-up process
* Pitch and present our solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
* Collaborate with our consulting and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients’ needs
You have:
* 3 – 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the digital experience space
* Experience in selling enterprise projects – complex, high-value digital transformation solutions involving multiple stakeholders
* Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects in the field of customer experience, digital experience platforms, website analytics, marketing automation
* A proven ability to develop new business and expand customer networks
* Hands-on experience with sales automation tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, LaGrowthMachine, Phantombuster, Apollo, or similar)
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* A highly organized and methodical approach to sales outreach, follow-ups, and deal progression
* Strong ability to build and execute sales account plans, ensuring structured follow-ups and well-defined tasks to drive client engagement and growth.
* Excellent presentation and organisational skills
* Proven track record at negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
* Proven ability to juggle business development and account management at the same time
* Proficiency in English language (C1-C2 level) and German language (C2 level)
It’s an advantage if you have:
* Knowledge and expertise in Digital Experience Platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud or Magnolia
* Experience with Salesforce CRM
* Strong LinkedIn presence and network at the Swiss market
* Project management knowledge
