Sales Representative for Electrical Solutions

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative for Electrical Solutions. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, understanding their requirements, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships with customers and distributors to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
* Manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and at potentially multiple locations.
* Hold responsibility for achievement of the sales quota in assigned territory/region/country by developing and implementing a sales strategy.
* Scan for prospects with current or new customers to achieve new sales and expand offerings within the account.
* Provide continual updates via CRM on account and conversion status of target accounts.
* Provide extensive product and solutions training for customers and distributors.
* Lead negotiation and collaboration with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and diplomacy.
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering is preferred.
* Ideal 3+ years proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial market, preferably selling through a channel model.
* Demonstrated skills associated with selling to multiple types of customers, including distributors, consultants, engineers, end users, OEMs, MROs, and contractors.
* Able to manage multiple tasks/projects and work in a self-directed manner.
* Demonstrated skills to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
