Growth and Expansion Sales Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth and Expansion Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territories.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Manage and grow existing and future accounts to reach or exceed established sales objectives.
2. Territory Planning: Define a plan for the territory that takes into account customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
3. Customer Relationships: Establish productive and trust-based customer relationships by acting as a business partner and creating medium and long-term business plans.
4. Commercial Activities: Organize and drive commercial activities such as sales meetings to increase penetration and expansion in assigned clients and achieve new accounts.
5. Marketing and T&E Activities: Implement marketing and T&E activities according to the established plan to facilitate growth while ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).
6. Market Knowledge: Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and solutions, current and potential clients, competitive landscape, and dynamics in the territory itself.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create better customer-focused solutions and ensure effective implementations.
8. Data Quality: Take ownership of data quality and accuracy of data reported directly into CRM.
9. Travel and Work Schedule: Willingness to travel locally approximately 80% and internationally for events and congresses, as well as occasional weekend work.
