On behalf of our customer, a renowned Swiss-made watch brand, we are looking for an: International Sales Trainer (H/F)
Location: Main Tasks: Manage, organize and monitor the Training activities for the allocated region, showing a proactive approach and a collaborative team spirit.
Coaching and motivating the network of Local Trainers, ensuring continuous cooperation and support according to market needs.
Implement and deliver sales training programs/live trainings both for Retail and Multibrand store staff, focusing on the allocated region, and also on other countries if specifically needed.
Organize and conduct Diamond/Grand Ambassador Trainings and Train the Trainer conferences.
Provide all needed support in the management of events, incentives, introduction programs, visits in HQ and in the production factories.
Create and improve training modules for live presentations, according to current training needs.
Develop official training materials and tools, both for Retail and Multibrand, according to market needs, managing allocated budget and resources.
Create new modules/contents for the e-Learning system, providing support for its development.
Continually ensure that the training system and its materials, tools and processes are flawless and state of the art.
Provide additional support to the Training Team based on ad-hoc needs/requests.
Responsibilities: Staff, financial and material responsibilities (with indication of quality and quantity targets as well as deadlines):
Management of allocated budget for training materials and tools development.
Management of the allocated travel budget.
Competences: Strong communicator, public speaking capabilities, able to influence and to present with credibility and authority.
Ability to facilitate group discussions, conduct classroom learning sessions, seminars and workshops.
Motivating others, inspiring and generating enthusiasm.
Action and result oriented, with customer focus.
Ability to develop a culture of high standards and excellent quality.
Effective at managing clients and stakeholders relationships.
Luxury watch/retail industry knowledge, understanding of mechanical watchmaking.
Profile: Language skills in multiple languages (EN, FR + others).
Willingness to travel.
Up-to-date with market & developments.
Used to management exposure.
