Your Tasks
* Implementation of operating and maintenance measures for the technical building equipment and process media supply systems in clean room production environments.
* Management of technical documentation and maintenance planning to ensure smooth operations.
* Planning, organization, and implementation of new installations or conversion measures to meet business requirements.
* Organization, coordination, and support of external service providers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Management of the spare parts and consumables warehouse, including cost and deadline clarifications to optimize inventory levels.
* Deputizing for the supervisor as needed to maintain continuity in operations.
Your Profile
* Basic technical training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, mechanics, or building services engineering is required.
* Several years of professional experience in industry and/or ancillary building trades, including project management, are necessary.
* Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage.
* Experience with technical building equipment and process media supply systems is essential.
* Good knowledge of German and English languages is required.
