Sales Director Territory Sales Division Location: Switzerland/Dietlikon Office In this key role, you will manage, direct and drive sales into Territory Accounts (SMB) with your Sales Team having direct customer contact and selling through channel partners. Responsibilities: Achieve the yearly and quarterly revenue targets Define yearly and quarterly targets for the team members Lead the RAMs, NAMs and the Teamlead who is in charge of the IRAMs Act as a role model in the organization and focus on operational excellence Define the overall territory strategy in alignment with the country management Be part of the local senior management team and contribute to the overall success of Fortinet Switzerland by collaborating with the other teams Manage and motivate your Sales Team Create a sustainable visit frequency of sales teams to end customers with resulting pipeline creation Ensure the creation of portfolio plans and coach sales to drive account intelligence research Coach team members to position and sell our entire portfolio Coach team members on the use of MEDDIC framework Develop team members and build up a successor Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners Manage effective working relationships with assigned Technical Sales Engineers, and Consulting Professionals Travel within Switzerland as required Work with the channel organization to identify the relevant partners for your organization and participate and contribute to the partner business plans Partner with Fortinet marketing including BDRs and the respective management and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within region Conduct weekly reviews to drive activities and to prepare your own weekly forecast Conduct quarterly in depth reviews and own the divisional review Required Skills: 10+ years technology selling experience managing a team Fluent in German and English, French as an additional asset A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability Experience in closing Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
