Senior Client Partner
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Partner to help companies turn their ambitions into innovative digital solutions and drive revenue growth through the management and expansion of key customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. A deep understanding of digital products and technology is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand client goals and challenges, working collaboratively to turn them into digital solutions.
* Help clients advance their digital transformation strategy by leveraging expertise in building and maintaining robust sales pipelines.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Maintain long-term relationships with clients, staying up-to-date on industry and digital trends.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in an agency creating complex custom digital products for enterprise customers.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
* A minimum of 8 years' experience working in a similar capacity.
