Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage procurement projects across various sectors and industries, shaping the future Ways of Working for our clients, including recent trends in risk management and ESG.
* Drive business expansion through business development activities and project delivery, further strengthening our growing capability.
* Manage the design and implementation of new procurement operating models and develop a change management approach to ensure successful implementation and sustained results.
* Apply leading strategic sourcing methodologies and practices for cost optimization, including ESG and GHG requirements as needed.
* Develop an international professional network across the firm and with clients.
Requirements:
* A university degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3-4 years in a management consultancy firm.
* Strong analytical and project management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience in leading and managing Procurement transformation, cost optimization, and change programs with risk management and ESG goals.
* A strong network in the mentioned industries, ideally with a track record of business development and sales achievements.
* A good understanding of current technology solutions for sourcing and procurement.
* Fluency in English and ideally German or French, with flexibility regarding travel.
