Job Description
HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop project plans, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
The Successful Applicant
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Language:
Fluency in both English and French is required.
