Quality Engineer in ATM sector (BBBH603523) Genève, Suisse
As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Quality Engineer with an experience in a safety critical domain (m/f)
* Main mission:
* Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
* Support the implementation of the means of compliance to the current and future EASA regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry.
* Propose continuous improvement measures in order to increase efficiency.
* Advocate a horizontal Safety culture among the team through ongoing coaching, training and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
* Perform Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
* Realize Internal audit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

* You are adaptable, self-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
* You are organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.

* Mandatory technical skills:
* Expert in Integrated Management systems.
* Expert of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and its interpretation in the context of a software development organisation.
* Experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.
* Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO 254 are major advantages for this position.
* Prior experience:
* You have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
* Experience of software development processes in safety-critical environment.
* Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
* Language requirements:
* Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
* French level: B1
* German is a plus.
