- Prepare payments for grants and offices, completing necessary checklists.
- Draft grant letters, ensuring all required documentation is included and checklists are completed.
- Process staff and Trustee discretionary grants.
- Respond to inquiries and support requests from staff and Trustees.
- Perform reconciliations and generate reports.
- Manage filing and document administration.
- Produce support letters and documentation as needed.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring further consideration or approvals.
- Conduct checks and complete checklists.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as requested by the Head of Grant Administration and Treasury or the Director of Operations.

- Advanced skills in MS Office.

- Experience in foundations, not-for-profit organizations, or the private sector is highly desirable.
