KEY INFORMATION
* Start date: April 1st 2025.
* For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
* We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training ~70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
Eligibility Requirements (must have):
* You have a student status in April 2025 OR graduated in or after February-March 2025
* You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport
YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE
We are looking for a PSS & Concession Operations Intern to join THE NORTH FACE within VF EMEA Internship Program.
The Business Development Intern will support the team in:
* Partnership Stores and Concession Business Operations of The North Face.
* Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Assist in new store openings by coordinating technical and operational processes, such as customer profile creation, newsletters, opening procedures, site locators, and contributions.
* Serve as a liaison with other departments including Marketplace Operations, Retail Marketing, IT, etc., to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
* Help develop and improve internal processes related to business development and client management.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
At the end of the Trainee period you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:
* Gain practical experience in business development coordination and customer relationship management within a leading global brand.
* Develop project management skills by coordinating new store openings and supporting operational processes.
* Learn to work cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., Marketplace Operations, Retail Marketing, IT) to enhance business synergies.
* Strengthen communication and interpersonal skills by interacting with a network of stakeholders and internal teams.
* Acquire a deeper understanding of retail business strategies and how to effectively support and drive business growth.
