YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR Business Partner who'll be a driving force in fostering a thriving, high-performance culture at our principal manufacturing site.
Reporting to the HR Director HQ, you will partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work closely with the Plan-les-Ouates teams to create people experiences as exceptional as those we create for our clients. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can be both strategic and hands-on, particularly within a diverse and complex manufacturing setting, this role is for you.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will own the employee lifecycle, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will manage leadership coaching, performance management, talent development, organization design, and reward.
A significant part of your role will involve being present on the manufacturing floor, engaging with our teams to understand their needs, address their concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. You will also play a key role in managing relationships with unions and other employee representatives ensuring a fair and consistent approach to HR practices across all levels.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require influential partnership with the HQ HR team and senior management, a deep understanding of business priorities, and the ability to translate these into a people agenda that supports a growing business.
1. 10+ years HR experience, with a deep understanding of manufacturing environments and employee relations. Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus.
2. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
3. Proven capability to think strategically while executing with precision. Capacity to understand the big picture and ability to be hands-on, particularly in a complex manufacturing environment.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with individuals at all levels of the organization, from top management to artisans on the shop floor.
5. Highly agile mindset, collaborative, solution-oriented with the capacity to influence and onboard people through change.
6. Fluent French and English.
