Supplier Code of Conduct Coordinator
6-month fixed-term contract from May 1st, 2025
Within the Group Procurement department, the Supplier Code of Conduct Coordinator ensures that all suppliers and third-party vendors comply with the company’s Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines expectations for ethical behavior, environmental sustainability, labor rights, and other operational standards. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to communicate expectations both internally and externally, as well as coordinate Supplier Code of Conduct on-boarding and adherence.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. Supplier Engagement and Communication
- Identify suppliers to be engaged on the Supplier Code of Conduct jointly with the Procurement and Responsible Sourcing teams (in Maisons, Regions and Central)
- Communicate the new company’s Supplier Code of Conduct to new and existing suppliers
- Encourage suppliers adherence to the code and follow up on the implementation rate of the new Code of Conduct
- Provide guidance and support to suppliers in understanding and implementing the Code of Conduct
2. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of supplier adherence to SCoC
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supplier adherence
- Document and follow up on any non-compliance issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
3. Training and Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for buyers and Business requesters on the importance of the Code of Conduct
- Develop and deliver awareness program for suppliers on the Code of Conduct and other related policies
4. Continuous Improvement
- Work with the procurement, legal, and sustainability teams to implement Suppliers guidance to enable Supplier Code of Conduct respect
5. Collaboration
- Partner with various internal departments (e.g., procurement, legal, sustainability) to ensure consistency in standards and communication
- Support the procurement team in supplier selection and onboarding, ensuring alignment with the company’s ethical standards
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in supply chain management or ethical sourcing is a plus
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier management, compliance, or corporate social responsibility (CSR)
* Strong understanding of responsible sourcing, sustainability, and corporate governance
* Strong project management capabilities
* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, SA8000, BSCI, etc.)
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supplier management software
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyze supplier data and prepare reports
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proactive in identifying compliance issues and driving resolutions
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
